Before an aircraft was cleared for flight,
every critical check had to pass.
For 13 years, I served as an Air Force engineer responsible for ground control systems—the critical link between ground teams and unmanned aircraft.
I inspected the systems, identified abnormalities and verified their operational readiness before aircraft were cleared for flight.
No assumptions. No shortcuts. Every check mattered.
That experience shaped a habit I still carry: understand how the parts work together, question what is unclear and examine what could affect the outcome.
THE PROPERTY YEARS

Sixteen years in property have given that discipline a different purpose: helping people make decisions about their homes, capital and future plans.
